This Privacy Policy (hereinafter: Policy) explains and describes which personal data we collect and how it is processed.

Legal basis

This policy regulates the principles of personal data protection within the meaning of RODO - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (general regulation on data protection ) (Journal of the EU L 119, p.1), hereinafter referred to as the Regulation.

Data administrator and purposes of data processing

By fulfilling the above-mentioned information obligation, detailed by article 13 of the Regulation, we inform you that the administrator of your personal data is Guidi Consulting Sandro Guidi, based in 32-031 Chorowice, ul. Widokowa 28, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator or the Agency.

We will collect all the information you provide to us through the e-mail addresses provided on our website. Other data or personal data that you share with us when you send us e-mail, are provided by you voluntarily, intentionally and at your sole discretion. If you contact us, we will keep a copy of such correspondence.

We use your personal data in particular to send you information via e-mail, if you give your consent, regarding currently open recruitment processes, which in our opinion might be in line with your professional profile. You can change your decision about future communication at any time.

We can also store cookies, in accordance with the detailed provisions contained in the further part of the Privacy Policy.

Employment Agency Guidi Consulting Sandro Guidi will make every effort to ensure that the contractors of the Agency (eg potential employers, service providers, content providers) are compliant with this Policy when personal information is transferred to them through appropriately concluded agreements / clauses entrusting the processing of personal data.

Your personal data specified in the Labour Code or in other specific acts (as required by the advertisement) are processed on the basis of legal regulations and their submission is necessary to take part in the recruitment process we conduct. We process other personal data (e.g. your image) on the basis of your voluntary consent, which you have given us when sending us your application and their inclusion shall not affect eligibility for the recruitment process.

We may also process your personal data included in your application to determine, pursue, or defend against a claim if the claim relates to our recruitment process or other issues For this purpose, we will process your personal information in accordance with our legitimate interest to determine, pursue, or defend against claims in legal proceedings before the courts or government authorities.

We process your personal data in order to conduct recruitment for the position you applied for a period not longer than 365 days from the moment of submitting your CV and when you consented to participate in future recruitment for a period not longer than 2 years from the moment of submitting your CV. In addition, we may retain your personal information for the purpose of establishing, pursuing, or defending against a claim related to the recruitment process for a period of up to 3 years from submitting your CV.

Your personal data will be collected and processed by us also for the following purposes:

  • to conduct and arrange a recruitment interview,

  • to verify the information indicated in the CV provided by you regarding the fulfilment of the conditions for participation in recruitment processes,

  • to keep a register of persons who have requested to delete their personal data,

  • to adapt in the most effective way the content of information provided by us according to your preferences and expectations,

  • to answer your request or questions when you contact us,

  • to send you other information - for example about currently open recruitment processes, which in our opinion coincide with your professional profile,

  • to help us to create and publish content that may interest you,

  • to ensure that content transmitted via our website is presented in an optimal way for you and the devices on which you display it,

  • to further optimize our website and its resources to be tailored to your needs and expectations.

In particular, our use of your data is necessary in order to achieve the abovementioned objectives, in accordance with your privacy interests, as well as in cases necessary for our Agency to fulfil legal liability (eg providing information to authorized entities, regulators or state authorities), or to determine, enforce or protect legal claims (in a situation where you agree to receive information via email).

Transmission of data to third parties and outside Poland

In order to optimize the processing of your personal data by us and provide you with content that in our opinion may significantly affect your professional situation, eg by indicating you a job offer, as a result of which you get employment, we pass your data to third parties. The transfer of your personal data takes place in the following circumstances and to the following entities:

  • Suppliers or contractors with whom we can periodically cooperate in order to provide services on our behalf (eg maintaining the content of a website, providing information services regarding current job offers, contacting for the purpose of accession in the recruitment process). These entities are based, as a rule, in Poland or in the European Economic Area (EEA) and have access to your personal data in accordance with the demand they have reported to perform their duties and ensure that personal data will not be used for other purposes. These entities will also be obliged to keep confidentiality resulting from contracts/clauses signed with them.

  • Entitled relevant regulatory entities, ie state authorities, supervisors or law enforcement authorities.

IP Adress and Cookies

The Employment Agency also collects data about your computer, including (if available) your IP address, operating system and browser type for system administration purposes. These are statistics about our users' browsing and behaviour activities and do not identify you or any other person. For the same reason, we can collect data about your use of the Internet by using cookies that are saved on your device. Cookies help us optimize content and mechanisms on the website to provide appropriate and personalized content. At the same time, we would like to inform you that we do not use cookies on the website of an undesirable nature to collect personal information. We might use standard third-party cookies, such as Google Analytics, to track users' online behaviour and obtain statistical information (e.g., the number of visits to a website). The cookie file is stored on the user's device for no longer than two years. For this purpose, the user's IP address is used. Cookies are small text files that the user's browser stores on the devices through which the user uses the website. This allows us to track if the user is visiting the website again. If the browser is not set to reject cookies, our system will send them each time the user accesses the website. Appropriate selection of the browser settings by the user will result in the rejection of cookies. This will delete all details from the cookie file. When visiting our website, you may also notice links referring to content from third parties. Through the website, it is also possible to continue to engage in our activities and to share information with other people through social networks, such as Facebook and LinkedIn. This content is updated so that we can provide the user with carefully selected information that may be of interest to him, but this may cause suppliers to store additional cookies on the user's device over which we have no control. If the user decides to use the link to the third party's website, he must remember that this website has its own privacy policy and cookie policy and our agency does not bear responsibility for it. Before sending your personal data to such a website, the user should familiarize himself with the relevant rules applicable when using the website of a third party.

User data can be transferred and processed in one or several other countries outside of Poland. We will only transfer your data to those countries that provide the appropriate level of protection for this data, as required by applicable law.

Data safety

The Employment Agency makes every effort to properly protect your personal data, in particular using operational procedures as well as appropriate technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, deletion or transfer of such personal data. Nevertheless, the transmission of personal data via the Internet is not completely secure and we are not able to guarantee the security of your personal data provided by the website or to a third party, therefore any transfer of personal data takes place at your own risk.

User rights

Due to the processing of personal data by Guidi Consulting Sandro Guidi, you have the right to:

  • access to your personal data, in accordance with art. 15 of the Regulation,

  • rectification of these data, in accordance with art. 16 of the Regulation,

  • deletion of these data, in accordance with art. 17 of the Regulation,

  • limitations on the processing of such data, in accordance with art. 18 of the Regulation

  • transfer of data pursuant to art. 20 of the Regulation,

  • withdrawal of consent at any time

Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Employment Agency is entitled to make changes to the Privacy Policy. We will publish any material changes to this Policy in the form of notices on this website or by contacting you through other communication channels.
